I work in a very old fashioned, and not particularly efficient way. My designs usually start as a rather unrefined pencil sketch, then evolve into a slightly upgraded ink drawing, and from there they get scanned into the computer for digital finishing. It's all very time consuming and tedious, but that's what makes it so valuable to me.
I tremendously enjoy the process of creating art, no matter how long it takes.
Often the designs go in a different direction from what I started with, but nonetheless end up exactly where I need them to be.
